- This paper describes the characterisation of a prototype quantitative PCA3-based (PROGENSATM) test for whole urine.
- It also shows that in 68 males undergoing their first/initial biopsy, the PCA3 Score was able to significantly differentiate between (Figure)
- healthy normal men
- men with a negative biopsy (including 40 men with BPH and/or inflammation) and
- men with a positive biopsy.
