The cancer has spread outside of the prostate to surrounding tissues such as the seminal vesicles. It has not spread to the lymph nodes. There are often problems with urination which may become more difficult as the cancer enlarges. Continued growth of the tumour may completely block the flow of urine resulting in a painfully obstructed and enlarged bladder
