The cancer has spread outside of the prostate to nearby muscles and organs (beyond the seminal vesicles). It may have spread to lymph nodes near or far from the prostate or to other organs and tissues such as the bones, the liver or the lungs. The patient may experience difficulty in urination, low back pain, bone pain, weight loss and tiredness.
