Is the PCA3 Score age-dependent?
At this moment there is no evidence that the Prostate CAncer gene 3 (PCA3) Score is dependent on age. This is also not expected as the PCA3-Score, contrary to prostate specific antigen (PSA), is not affected by the prostate size, and the prostate size increases with age.
